Outlaw Offroad Greensboro is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
This is not a dealership sales job — it’s a fast-paced, hands-on position in a shop that builds serious off-road rigs. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their goals, spec out the right parts and packages, build estimates, and guide them through every step of their build — from suspension and wheels to armor, accessories, gears, and more.
Whether you come from the parts world, sales floor, or wrench side of the business — if you love the off-road space, know your way around Jeeps, trucks, and 4x4s, and can confidently talk shop and close deals, this is your place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in-store and by phone with a professional and approachable attitude
- Assist customers in selecting off-road parts, wheels, tires, suspension kits, and accessories
- Build quotes and invoices based on customer needs and vehicle specs
- Communicate with technicians and the shop team to schedule and coordinate installs
- Track orders, follow up on parts status, and keep customers in the loop
- Maintain knowledge of current products, trends, and technologies in the off-road aftermarket
- Help maintain showroom appearance and contribute to a positive shop environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in a retail, parts, or service writer/sales environment (automotive preferred)
- Solid knowledge of off-road parts, wheels/tires, suspensions, and drivetrains
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with quoting systems or POS software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for off-road vehicles, 4x4 culture, and performance upgrades
- Reliable, driven, and solution-focused
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience wheeling, wrenching, or modifying your own rig
- Background in service advising, parts counter work, or build consultation
- Social media or content skills for showcasing shop builds (not required, but a plus)
